Preventative Maintenance Program

Regular maintenance in the form of oil changes, lubrication, adjustments, and partial or complete overhauls at designated intervals to help prevent component failure and costly repairs.

Predictive Maintenance

Preforming oil analyses during the course of your preventative maintenance program to support equipment warranties with your equipment dealers. Oil analyses will help predict future component failures before they happen, reducing equipment downtime and repair costs as well as maintaining the manufacturer's warranty on your equipment.

Troubleshooting and Diagnosis

Troubleshooting 101: You must understand how the equipment works, before you can begin to determine the problem.

When components fail unexpectedly, our highly trained professionals can trace the symptoms back to the root cause. This will ensure that the issue is fixed at its core, not just at the failure point; reducing the chance of the same failure occurring again.

Repair

Once the root cause of the component failure has been determined, our technicians can determine the proper course of action for repair. Using our network of suppliers and dealers, we can guarantee that you are getting the best deal on parts and supplies for your equipment.

Overhaul

When components fail, in certain situations it can be more cost effective to overhaul and rebuild the failed component, rather than replacing with new or rebuilt parts. Our qualified technicians can help you determine if this is the best course of action based on your business needs. If done correctly, an overhauled component is equally reliable as a new component.

HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning)

An issue with your HVAC system can present as a reduction in heating or cooling in your cab, defrost malfunction, poor blower/vent output, and/or cabin seal leaks. In a harsh Canadian climate, a properly functioning HVAC system is key for operator comfort and performance. Our technicians are highly trained and are certified by the Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI). All of our services are completed in compliance with the Ozone-Depleting Substances and Halocarbon Regulation (AB 181/2000), as a part of our commitment to environmental respect.
